If your Stihl pressure washer is not working, it could be due to a number of reasons. Here are a few common causes and solutions
Dirty filter The pressure washer’s filter may be clogged, preventing water from flowing through the system. To fix this, remove the filter and clean it with warm, soapy water.
Low pressure The pressure washer may not be generating enough pressure if the pump is not working properly. To check the pump, turn on the pressure washer and listen for a whining noise. If you don’t hear a noise, the pump may be faulty and will need to be replaced.
Nozzle problem The nozzle may be clogged or damaged, preventing water from spraying out properly. To fix this, remove the nozzle and clean it with a wire brush. If the nozzle is damaged, it will need to be replaced.
